Painting dicks around potholes, here's why Montreal should follow

A man calling himself Wanksy, a parody of Banksy, painted dicks around different potholes in
Manchester, England. His mission was to get noticed by the city for them to actually start fixing
potholes.
Manchester's City council finally decided that this insulting for the town so they actually
decided to fix them. You hear that Montreal, we need a hero to rise and paint all (and I mean
ALL OF THEM). It might take years but it will be worth it.
